Patio Project Pro was founded by husband-and-wife team Jason and Crystal Skiba, who combined decades of real-world patio cover experience to solve a challenge they witnessed firsthand.

Jason brings nearly three decades of leadership in patio cover construction, manufacturing, and operations.

As the owner of Patio Cover Designs by S, he has managed residential and commercial projects from planning through completion, overseeing scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, quality control, and client communication. Before launching his own business, he spent more than twenty years managing operations for Four Seasons Building Products, supervising production, coordinating with engineers, mentoring employees, and ensuring projects were completed safely and efficiently.

Crystal creates the operational systems that keep projects moving efficiently from contract to completion.

As the owner and operator of Patio Cover Designs by S, she has managed sales, marketing, project coordination, customer service, bookkeeping, installer coordination, vendor relationships, website management, and day-to-day business operations. Previously, she served as a Project Manager for Phoenix Patio Systems and as Office Manager for Four Seasons Building Products, coordinating schedules, engineering, suppliers, order processing, accounts receivable, quality assurance, and installation documentation.
